Nice and arty hotel. Decoration is incredible! We loved the London theme. Hotel lobby is so nice to have a drink or dinner in. The restaurant area was closed but we could eat in the lobby. Food was nice. Breakfast has many choices, even prosecco!

We spent 7 nights at this charming hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, bus lines and destinations are right next door. The service at the hotel is exceptional. I would especially like to mention Rashita, from whom we received exceptional service and treatment in the dining room. The service at the hotel in general is really excellent and the guest gets the feeling that he is welcome. In general, you feel that the issue of service at this hotel is extremely important and every request is answered quickly. The breakfast with table service is excellent, we also had dinner several times and it was very good. There is no doubt that on our next visit to London this will be a favorite hotel.
