We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful with lovely décor, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very attentive—our host upgraded us to a suite and surprised us with port wine and cookies, which we really appreciated. The woman who decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and birthday cards for my fiancé went above and beyond—far more than the few balloons I asked for. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Bristol!

We stayed in a superior twin room - which is 2 double beds. Lots of space for all the shopping we had from Cabot circus :) We tried some of the food from the grill menu and have to say it was tasty, hot and good value. Parking is paid for by the hotel

I love their big bed, hot towel rail and 24/7 food service for some types of food. The room size is really decent. Staff are friendly and helpful. But the thing I love about it the most is the free parking. The parking for this hotel is at Cabot Circus car park which is right next to the hotel. It is a massive car park. The hotel is in city center so it’s easy to walk around. The Christmas market is just 5 minute walk from the hotel, so exciting.

Nice and clean and cosy, the bed was very comfortable. Great location near to Cabot Circus for shopping and wandering into central Bristol. the host gave good timely updates prior to arrival and clear instructions on how to enter and leave the premises. Thank you.

Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast included. Good price for the two of us. Good location for Cabot Circus shops (short walk). Walkable from Temple Meads train station. Clean and tidy. Very good choice for breakfast (apart from fried egg comment below). Very good otherwise. Meals and drink prices seemed pretty reasonable.

Really nice central location got a taxi from station to hotel was £7.50 literally on the doorstep of Cabot Circus has everything! Came a bit earlier and could leave my bags there which was great! Hotel itself is lovely felt secure and was quiet up on the fourth floor towards the back! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was in an excellent location, with close proximity to the Bristol Hippodrome and Harbour. Additionally, a short walk from Cabot Circus, bus station etc. The room was spacious, and beds were comfortable! The room included necessities such as hairdryers, toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the lobby area was clean and relaxing.

Spa was lovely, staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was a birthday celebration and I had chocolates left on the bed. A lovely touch. Hotel 10 mins walk from rail station. (Opposite direction)Also 10 mins walk from cabot circus. A craft market next to hotel, also street food stalls..could spend a couple hours browsing and eating without having to go to cabot. Amazing.

The host was super responsive and exceeded our expectations with a few queries we had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, It's located next to Cabot Circus shopping centre and within walking distance of Bristol Harbour. We would recommend to others and would stay again.

A great find, this stylish hotel is tucked away in a great location, within walking distance of both the harbour area and the shops at Cabot Circus. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The discount on local NCP parking was much appreciated. We will be back.
