The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

good location, once you walk in the hotel, the warm atmosphere and music makes you home feeling, the modern interior decor is excellent. I will recommend my friends this hotel. staff are very helpful. the management team should do the great job

We spent 4 nights here, the staff was kind and helpful. Everything was easily accessible from the hotel. There was a wide selection at breakfast. They also took care of cleanliness.
