Very well appointed room with very comfortable bed. There had been a problem with my initial reservation but the reception cleared it up very quickly.

Very welcoming, clean and comfortable stay. Great location for a short hop into the centre of London on the DLR. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff helpful.

Surprisingly cool. Breakfast large, coffe bar amazing and a cool terrace for sunset.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

the room was the perfect size, we were on the 1st floor which I prefer, and the location was perfect for Elizabeth line & the Excel. Breakfast was great always enough, if not then quickly resupplied. could leave luggage safely & staff are so so nice... this to me is the most important!!
