Samir and his staff's welcome is unique among hundreds of hotels I have visited. The experience of an emerald veteran in hospitality has been applied to every detail in this boutique venue. It certainly deserves its five-star reviews! My room was immaculate with modern facilities and plenty of space. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary " true tea " provided among the other delicious sundries in the room, and serves as a distinction and notable effort in comparison to the norm. 10 out of 10, and my thanks to all the staff.
