Modern, fresh hotel. We had a room facing the back and it was very nice and quiet. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was quite good and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a garage across the street and a car park behind the hotel. The main street, shopping mall and cathedral are a 10 minute walk away.

Excellent staff. Nice breakfast. Basic but with good quality. Perfect beds. Very clean. Good location.

There is an outdoor patio area where guests can relax in warm months. Central Exeter, with its cathedral and beautiful clock tower, is a 5-minute drive away.
