Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly received, and were promptly offered a welcome drink. The staff provided a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities and services (not in a perfunctory manner). The room was exquisite and comfortable, clean and tidy. What was most impressive was that all the staff were highly professional and the service was perfect. I especially want to commend the delicious breakfast and the service. In fact, on the third day, we changed to Rosewood London. It is well-known but has poor service and the room is ordinary. The whole family (including children）regretted that we should have stayed at The Adria instead. However, there are always regrets in travel. Next time when we visit London, we will definitely book this hotel again!

    It was my first time in London so I didn't expected much from this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised ! First of all, the location is ideal since you're near Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park station with a bunch of shops. The staff was really kind with us at our arrival and the bedroom was perfect for two adults and really clean. Our breakfeast was included in our formula and again, for a continental breakfast, it was more than correct and the open dining area was pleasant enough if you wake up early in the morning.

    Location was very handy for us travelling to Hammersmith and Highgate,M and S store a few mins away and plenty of places to eat out and do all types of shopping. TV and wifi worked ok decent moderm wardrobe . shower and bath worked fine.

    Everything! Located just a 7 minute walk away from Hammersmith Broadway for the tube and buses. Mainly picked it because it's only 45 mins away from Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line. Very clean and the staff are really lovely. Would definitely consider staying here again!
