Wonderful staff who all made us feel so welcome regardless of walking in the door about 9am direct from Heathrow! Breakfasts were exceptional and beds very comfortable - lovely pillows to ensure we slept well! Location was brilliant for wandering the streets of Eton and Windsor.

Brilliant service, Rooms, facilities, staff - we were a group of 10 (kids and adults).. and ALL of us loved it, not one bad comment :) the Breakfast, especially the French toast is awesome!

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

It was really easy to access with the public transportation and it was always very clean and the staff was really nice at all times. The food was AMAZING too!

We stayed after our wedding and the team made it truly magical with special touches to the room. The breakfast is excellent and service overall was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful to go for a walk. The atmosphere in the hotel and grounds is relaxed and very peaceful. We would definitely visit again....a big thanks to everyone for making the stay so special.
