the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Lovely boutique hotel, nice and friendly atmosphere and very easy access by train from/to Gatwick. Metro to central London is 100 m up the street. We loved it!

I was very pleasantly surprised how good and comfortable the hotel was. Despite being by the station there was no train noise, and I had a very good night’s sleep. Breakfast food was excellent, but the breakfast to is too small so too many tables crammed in so not relaxing, people always shoving past your table

    Excellent location in a mostly residential area, very handy for Holloway Road, Emirates Stadium, Finsbury Park station, bus stop for 390 to King's Cross, West End, Victoria station, Hampstead Heath & Highgate. Check-in was easy and communication was good. The room was clean, bathroom good, bed comfy, nice view from the window of gardens.
