the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Lovely boutique hotel, nice and friendly atmosphere and very easy access by train from/to Gatwick. Metro to central London is 100 m up the street. We loved it!

This was our 2nd stay at Chapter House. We had a bigger room this time and on the 1st floor, so it felt more private. There was some noise from other residents, however I'm sure they could have heard us too, so I would say that there is no soundproofing between the rooms and if that's an issue, you should book another hotel, but that would come at a greater cost. The rooms have everything you need. Tea & coffee & milk are supplied and a fridge for any food items that you take with you. The location is perfect for travelling into the city, with Finsbury Park Station, just 5 minutes walk away and a bus stop at the end of the road.
