Our 3rd visit in 3 years and it continues to be excellent. It feels like home rather than a hotel. Staff are wonderful. You are made to feel so welcome. Location is perfect for rail trips into London or boat trips to Richmond or Hampton court, or just a short walk into Kingston over the river. Free secure parking and a great breakfast, what's not to like. Will we be back? Of course we will!

Very english, old-fashioned housing with pub, like in old times. Staff was friendly and polite, room was cosy. Neighborhood is quiet and clean, train station around the corner.
