The reason why I chose this hotel again is the staff and the rooms are brilliant, I really feel at home living here and at times feel part of a family. The next time I come to my home city I will be definitely staying here.

Very friendly polite and helpful staff Rearranged their check in rules to our requirements. Will definetly return. Provided detailed guidance on taxis, Buses etc which made access to the key areas of the city very easy. Great value for money. Free car parking, including after 11am on day of check out.
