This is a wonderful hotel! We really love coming back!!! Yesterday, the staff kindly waited for us, prepared a great room for me and my daughter and did not take an extra day, they have amazing staff, stop having breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel and of course crazy dinners!!!

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

I liked the Hotel itself obviously, but also very much the private carpark. In Llandudno that is a big added bonus. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful and very friendly.

Perfectly located within a stone's throw of the seafront and the pier. Charming connecting Victorian houses are tastefully decorated. Comfortable, well equipped bedroom and bathroom, cleverly using the original dimensions. Good quality towels and room well-stocked with tea and coffee with extras on request. Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good breakfast allowing for choice with quantity as well as quality. On-site bar in the reception with comfortable lounge looking out onto the seafront. Within a short walk of restaurants and shopping area. Tourist buses and local routes give you plenty of option to visit nearby points of interest and leave the car during your stay.

    What a fantastic pier great for all the family you have the amusements keeping all ages occupied a variety of food stalls plenty of choice two of my favourites incredible cheeses and pies I just love them both then you have really fantastic clothes and craft shops you will need a bigger suit case for sure to take your superb array of goods home there's so much choice they make a great cuppa it's always super clean on the pier as are the beautiful victoriana toilets this pier is one of the best I've been on around the British Isles

    I love the pier, it was very busy through the day. On a night it was lovely to stroll along with my husband just watching the world go by. It will get busy on a night too but it was so quiet the week we were there.

    During the week the beach is lovely and quiet for those who just want to have a lovely beach walk. But for those who are a little more adventurous,on the weekend they have a fantastic boat tour and fun activities such as speed boats. I paid £12 for the adult 1hr boat tour which I think is a fantastic price.

    Beautiful pier with lots of little huts, selling the traditional seaside fare. Go to the end of the pier and there is an arcades, pub and a café. Sometimes, there are fishermen there, casting off from the pier. The view of Llandudno from the pier is very good. It still retains its Victorian charm. Half way down the pier is a large café with reasonable prices. Some activities for younger children are here also e.g. bouncy castle and large slides. As you enter the pier there is a large arcade on your left and some ice cream stalls near by. There is plenty to do during the spring/summer months. On the prom not far away from the pier entrance, during the summer months, there is a traditional Punch& Judy show, especially during August.

    Please look ip for seagulls when you are eating. Everything looks good with the exception of the Kelly's Soft Serve Ice Creams, the only ice-cream shop @the Pier. They supposedly offer flavors like chocolate and strawberry that unfortunatelly I've tried and we'll, the chocolate flavor was beige and not brown and both flavors didn't have any of those flavors. Really poor quality and misselling the customers.

    Nostalgic walk along a pier with something for everyone. It’s lovely to stroll along past the amusement arcade, rides for the children, kiosks and then relax in a cafe or bar to take in the amazing views.

    Lovely location very close to Llandudno Pier and tram and cable car. Lovely and friendly hosts. We were reaching late on Friday and the hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in later at no extra cost. The Guest house is lovely and homely and breakfast served was delicious. Highly recommend yet!!!
