IcelandThe junior suite we stayed in for a week, called Lady, was beautifully decorated. Old fashioned which I like, golden light fittings and golden edges. And having a bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower room was wonderful for us two. The space was small but all was so smartly arranged on 3 levels, it felt like a 4 room apartment. Loads of hangers with a huge space for clothes and loads of drawers. Very good. Impressed with the many electrical plugs, very good for all the electrical equipment needing charges. Their Blue Door Bistro next door was brilliant for food. We have stopped eating breakfast, but had lunches and dinners there most of the time.

Love it! It's an attraction both for children and adults! Beautiful unique animals. You can see that staff are very responsible taking care for each and every creature. There is also A section for butterflies flying freely, you must visit it. I recommendGuest review bySharonaUnited States - 10.0

Excellent day out. Long walk from Regent's Place through the park if you have kiddies. Better to hop a bus that drops you outside the door. Spend all day here - don't try to cram it into a couple of hours. As a former US zookeeper, I have to say that it was clear that care of the animals, not "business" is the priority. I applaud them for that! Most, exhibits were large, clean & natural looking with an abundance of hiding places for the animals and access to their sleeping quarters. Never saw the lions but the exhibit must be wonderful for them. There is however is a deciduous tree on the far elevated side that looks like it could be used for escape (or entry), if desired, as it looks to extend over the cement habitat wall.
