Excellent location, accommodation and service

Like they say, God is in the details...and details is where ME scores very well. Add to that the culture of personalised professionalism and you have a truly beautiful hotel experience. From the warm folks at the reception and the hot breakfast spread, to the cool vibe of the design-driven property and the cold sparkling water on tap - this was a stay packed with little surprises. And yes, the complimentary goodies in the room certainly added to the pampering quotient. The ME stay was an integral part of our beautiful London holiday. A big thank you to Ms. Moreni and her team!

Clean, room well equiped, staff very friendly and helpful

If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.
