There is nothing I dislike about this hotel . For the price you pay , really worth it . Close to underground , bus stops , convenient store , easy to move around . Staff are very well trained , good mannered . House keepers even remember my names with greeting . Cloths are folded , charger cables are rolled simply one step beyond. Well done Pan Pacific London !

The location to the arena, rooms were spacious with stunning views anytime. The staff were super helpful and informative. Great value for money and the later check-out was a bonus!

Location is perfect, 15 min walk from Liverpool Street Station, or 5 minutes from Tower Hill. Staff were excellent, free upgrade & a couple of complimentary drinks. No hesitation in recommending.

Like they say, God is in the details...and details is where ME scores very well. Add to that the culture of personalised professionalism and you have a truly beautiful hotel experience. From the warm folks at the reception and the hot breakfast spread, to the cool vibe of the design-driven property and the cold sparkling water on tap - this was a stay packed with little surprises.
