Any pub B&B depends on the quality of the team running the business. Nikki and Patrick, ably assisted by their comedic breakfast chef, Lorenzo, ensured our stay was entertaining and memorable. The pub locals and their dogs were friendly too and played their part in the complete package. Hard to believe the team was only put together 6 weeks before our stay. Close to the New Forest. Go there!

I had a truly delightful and relaxing stay at the Holiday Inn Southampton Eastleigh. The location was perfect - convenient yet peaceful, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. As a parent, I was particularly impressed with how toddler-friendly the hotel was, offering a fantastic kids' playroom and an indoor swimming pool that kept my little one entertained for hours. The breakfast spread was another highlight-well-organized, with a great variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and amenities.

Beautiful place to visit for adults and children.

Beautiful place to visit for adults and children. Lots of space for picnics and lovely cafes. House is interesting. Don't miss a walk along the river and round the fields. A good path for pushchairs and I think possibly wheelchairs? Lovely gardens to walk around too.
