Staff are really helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to go the extra mile. The location was perfect for my purposes but it's really close to the city centre. The breakfast was really nice. They went out of their way to satisfy 2 very fussy girls, smiles all round.

This is a great hotel. Close to the bus stop to get to the train station to go to London, plenty of EV charging point.

we stayed at the beautiful estate manor house and upgraded for the suite. beautiful luxury room,like palace rooms, extra massive bed with 6 kingsize pillows, high quality furnitures, nespresso machine & tea /coffee supplies, massive bathroom, Penhaligons toiletries, twin sink, all villeroy bosch fixtures. proper posh manor house interior. our room was right in the middle of the mansion and we woke up to the amazing view of the well curated grounds. we had dinner at their tapas and view restaurant-excellent food. staff are all so polite and friendly, no tacky guests. serene surroundings, clean hotel, and peaceful nights sleep. we thouroughly enjoyed this place. will definitely come again. and will recommend tp everyone.
