We loved our stay at Cathedral Lodge. Exceptional location, right on the grounds of the famous Canterbury Cathedral, with parking right outside the lodge (must be reserved). Great breakfast with lots of choice, just perfect. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, all well thought out. We had a fantastic view of the cathedral. Entry to the cathedral is free for guests of the lodge. The location is a perfect base for exploring Canterbury.

The hotel was very nice, close to the train station Canterbury East 10min walk and situated right in the middle of the city center. The hotel is very stylish with a big lobby and plenty of seats for the breakfast which was very good. The rooms was equipped with everything you need and very modern decor with a large flat TV. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant Socialite was amazing with indoor and outdoor tables facing the Canterbury Cathedral. We really had a good time in the hotel and will definitely stay here if we come back again.

We stayed in the four-poster room and found it very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Large room and bathroom, plenty of mirrors and good lighting. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of choice. The pool was a lovely treat to come back to after a big day out. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the centre of Canterbury, and having on-site parking was a real bonus. The only minor downside was that the room was quite warm, and there’s no air conditioning—though this seems common in the UK. Being on a main road, there was a bit of traffic noise when the windows were open. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The cottage was very spacious and with everything needed for a family with a newborn, to enjoy a short stay in Canterbury. Everything was spotless clean, the rooms were very spacious, with generous wardrobes as well as the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and dish washer. The personnel were helpful and friendly. We really appreciated our staying and we will return to the structure.

I had business at the University of Kent so Tyler Court was in the perfect location. Full English breakfast was provided in an on-site refectory and was sufficient. Easy to walk into town from the accommodation.
