Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant and big spacious room. Stayed on Christmas Eve and they left us a lovely pack with mince pie carrot milk to leave out for Santa.

Third time staying at this stunning hotel. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is perfect. I ate in the Dakota Grill and the king prawn curry was fantastic.

My partner and I were over from Australia and staying at the Crowne when we were visiting Northern England. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was really good, and also convenient. When we checked in the girl on the front desk (Jamilla I believe?) was incredibly friendly and helpful, and just displayed all round great customer service. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking.

Location was great as we were attending a Mumford & Sons concert at the Utilita Arena, which was about a 3-minute walk. The room was great, clean and comfortable with well-stocked teas, coffee and milk. Hotel staff were great, very friendly and helpful. As they do not have a car park, they partner with the multi-story car park across the road which works out to £12 for 24 hrs.

Excellent location from train station and then go Utilita Arena Clean comfortable room on 1st floor . Facilities are great too, particularly the cafe bar and the restaurant Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient

Clean and comfortable beds.... had everything i needed - tv, wifi, kettle and teabags, added bonus of bath instead of just a shower ❤️ felt safe staying in hotel 😃 close enough to venues that i was attending (utilita arena and RVI hospital) great option of breakfast on the go/can eat on your own in room, prefer this to usual hotel breakfasts in restaurant/dining room

My second time staying at Roomzz in Newcastle. This visit was to attend an event at the Utilita Arena and it proved to be an excellent location again - an easy 10 min walk to the venue. (Roomz staff were, again, very friendly and helpful - happy to look after our bags after checkout and for us to relax for a bit in reception prior to our train journey home) We were also were lucky to be offered a free upgrade to a larger room.
