Everything was very nice, nice room and terrace with beautiful view, owners was super nice, they prepared a delicious homemade breakfast and dinner for us and let us left the luggage even if we didn’t have a room anymore. And their son gave us a free ride from town.

The place is beautiful, peaceful and so comfortable. The rooms and bathroom are very modern and have everything you need. The hosts are very nice and warm hearted people, that make you feel welcome from the beginning. Breakfast is great with delicious home made jam and the portion is very big. The garden is wonderful, the neighbourhood is lovely and not far from the place is a lake where I enjoyed swimming. All in all it’s a perfect stay to enjoy and explore kutaissi.
