The room was good, and they upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony. The size was good and it was having two sofa cum beds to accommodate extra guests. The bathroom was having modern fittings. The best part was that one can operate the shower from a distance.

The breakfast, the ambiance and the design. Amazing hotel. The breakfast slight pricey but is totally worth it with premium quality. Due to our morning appointment they even offered to let us pack our breakfast away with us to our day tour.

The staff was incredibly helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even explained all the tours and helped us book transfers, which made our trip so much easier. The room was spotless and super comfortable, and we loved having a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The city views from our room were also stunning. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that they offered us food from the menu too. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to everything we wanted to explore. Even though we booked the hotel late at night, they were fully available and arranged an airport transfer for us. The guy who contacted us even woke up to make sure we were doing well. The hospitality and warmth of the people there made us feel so welcome. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!
