All the staff were professional, polite and efficient. We requested for a quiet room and was given the 9th floor and we were really pleased. The filtered water system in the room eliminates the need for bottled water and that's a real plus !!

We had the chance to stay in a club 65 suite during our vacation and everything was perfect. the ambiance of the hotel, the view, the service. the staff who take great care. Wonderful hotel which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, best night scene and super comfortable bed! You can go downstairs to enjoy shopping/foods at Elements and walk 10mins to M+ museum. It's also convenient to walk surrounded to Canton Road. I'll choose W every time when I go business travel.
