1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

The location is central, next to the MTR Causeway Bay Station, bus and tram stops, major shopping areas, the apartment is quiet and clean, the room is tiny but functional equipped with washing machine in each room which is convenient for travellers. The staff Cielo is very nice and helpful in every way to make the guests like staying at home.
