Even though it was not a high season (February) for a beach hotel, everything was running smoothly. Service was wonderful, food was exquisite and facilities were fully operative apart from beach-related ones. It is finely designed in a mix of heritage and modern. Only a nice walk or a short ride away from the historical city of Pula, this hotel is situated on the green peninsula of Vrudella. It is surrounded by pine, olive, and cypress wood submerging into the sea. The view and the air have a healing power, I am convinced! I couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Good food, clean pool, clean towels, new and comfortable sun beds. The room was super clean and the staff was so so kind and friendly. Verudela beach is just by the hotels garden, an amazing bay. And then the canyon who was just breathtaking who also is so so close. I totally recommend.

Good location only a few minutes walk from Pula arena and the old town. Two swimming pools to choose from . Friendly staff ,Room was clean with good air-conditioning, nice comfortable bed.

Slowly but surely, Valsabbion has become our go-to sanctuary for recharging after a demanding year of work. The rooms evoke a sense of a refined home away from home, and this year’s stay in a junior suite with a beautiful terrace was no exception. Furnished with cozy sofas, chairs, and umbrellas, it was the perfect spot to relax for hours, watching the pool melt seamlessly into the sea. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Mary, Luca, Dino—and everyone else on staff—embody the art of genuine care and service. We especially want to highlight the remarkable culinary journey Dino curated for us. As vegetarians with slightly selective tastes, dining out can be a challenge. Yet each evening, Dino crafted delightful surprise dishes based on just a few clues about our preferences. Mary’s expert wine pairings added another layer of magic to every meal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valsabbion and are already looking forward to our next visit.
