The staff’s attention to detail, care and service was beyond my expectations. I felt always taken care of and under their guidance if I required anything. I was with them on whatsApp and always had any query responded to right away. Exceptional. I’m also super picky about Air conditioning especially in humid climates where the room can feel stuffy, and the hotel here had excellent air conditioning. Additionally, the location is superb with a mall connected to it so everything was super convenient. Special thanks to Fara, Thalia and the team for being so hospitable

The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!
