Best hotel in Sanur! Beautiful hotel and really nice people.

Very clean accommodation with a magnificent bed, excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, good swimming pool, excellent service. Anything we could wish for after some basic homestays. Thumbs up for Sanur House!

We had such a lovely stay at Poppies. It was our first night in Bali, and the team made everything so easy and wonderful. They were happy to arrange airport pick up, and the driver waited when our plane was delayed and brought us water. On arrival at the hotel, we were given a delicious welcome drink and they carried out luggage to the room on a little cart. The room was spotless, and had every amenity you could think of (umbrellas if you planned to go out in the rain, travel water bottles filled with water, spa products in the bathroom that smelt wonderful, bath robes). It honestly felt like a five star experience. The bed was insanely comfortable. They gave you a little checklist to choose your breakfast and hang on your door handle, then the next day it was delivered to our veranda for us under cloches. Everything was perfectly cooked and included some really nice local fruits and Indonesian coffee. We woke up early the next day and relaxed in their gorgeous pool area, where they provided towels. When we had to leave, they helped us book a taxi to our next stay. It was honestly such a well thought out hotel experience and we had wonderful time at Poppies. I only wish they'd had another night available to book! Thank you team X

I stayed one night but arrived very late 2 am. The security guard was expecting me and took my luggage and showed me to my room. The bed was super comfy and staff delightful. Bathroom was basic but clean and shower worked well. Everything was super clean. It had its own cafe so very convenient and the smoothie bowl I had was good . Good value for money and would stay again
