We stayed at this hotel before our climb to the volcano. The manager was very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed discovering this hotel as a new and comfortable place, and when we took a dip in the hot spring, we felt truly blissful. It was amazing! Book it without hesitation. This hotel is a cozy and peaceful place that will inspire you with its interior design and the stunning views around it.

Absolutely amazing stay! The owner is incredibly kind and responsive — truly rare to meet someone so attentive. It’s also almost impossible to find a place in this area where you can order food after 9 PM, but they prepared a full meal for us at 11 PM, and everything was delicious. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the property has a spectacular view — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. On top of that, the owner upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise, and even prepared a complimentary homemade breakfast that was absolutely wonderful. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone — great hospitality, great people, and a perfect experience overall!

Incredible views. Super private. Amazing customer service. If you want to experience Mount Batur in privacy, immerse yourself in the nature, this is the place. The property is new, we were second guests. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The road to get there is tricky, but they offer a service to pick you up from the main street and its just a 5min drive. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers and those who want to experience tranquility.

In my view a much better and more authentic experience away...

In my view a much better and more authentic experience away from the tourist focal towns. Stunning scenery, roads were better here too for condition and pace. Plenty to see and do too. Beats Ubud and Kuta hands down for a calmer Bali time.

Our guide did great job with night climbing to Mount Batur. The sunrise hike was amazing and possible with his help and patient guidance!💚Thank you so much! Tasty breakfast on the mountain and the second one in the facility is definitely a big plus. Specious room, nice swimming pool.

We stayed at the villa with private pool for a week. The villa is well equipped and has a great level of comfort. We would like to stand out the staff which was outstanding in every sense. We also booked the Mount Batur tour with the hotel. They proposed us an alternative route which was of another level, less touristic and with an overview which was amazing. Thank you!

The hotel was very modern as it has been newly built. The room was huge and had a nice comfy bed as well as a great shower with plenty of hot water. The owner was also great as they made me a nice breakfast every morning, as well as organised my guide for the mountain and my transportation to the ferry port. The location was convenient for me as I wanted to hike up Mount Batur.

The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing time. It's really close to the starting point to climb Mount batur (from hotel to top maybe 1.5-2h one way). The reception was very warm, including a refreshing tea. Everything looks quite new and they're still adding more stuff.
