Our stay was absolutely fantastic – we have truly never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service before. Every little detail was taken care of with so much care, and all the special touches made us feel very welcome. The place was just as beautiful as in the photos – everything so wonderfully pink and perfectly styled. It was simply perfect! The room was not only spacious but also exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The materials and decorations were truly amazing! The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, ensuring that everything appeared spotless. What truly enhanced my stay was the remarkably friendly and helpful staff. They were consistently friendly, always making an effort to meet all our needs and paying meticulous attention to details. From check-in to check-out, everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I want to highlight the breakfast team, the reception team, and the security personnel – they were all delightful! Fina and Yanu were particularly amazing (along with another lady from reception, whose name I unfortunately don't remember). Additionally, the hotel's location is fabulous, adding another layer of convenience to the overall experience. Upon arrival, they also sent us a list of recommendations, which included excellent suggestions for restaurants, activities, beaches, and invaluable information for any tourist. I will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you're looking for a fantastic room, impeccable cleanliness, a welcoming atmosphere, and a prime location with thoughtful recommendations, this is the place to stay!

Be súper carefull with the monkeys, i saw them stole an iPhone from a girl and a pair of reading glasses from a man and destroy them. The guarda gave them snacks in exchange. Book the kecak dance in avance or there is a big line and it is all solo out

Well I did everything I could to keep my phone tight. Made it through Bali and monkey forest. Till I monkey got my phone right away from me. GET A STRAP!! I was luck one of the nice men got it for me. Uluwatu itself is lovely not for me. Reminded me of California. I preferred unions but I am glad I saw it

The temple and the kecak dance We’re really enjoyable. The provider Kamana Was disappointing I specifically booked an all-inclusive With dinner after the show, but was told On the day that that was not included. I had gone fully into booking the correct option and had cancelled another event to the dance and Temple after booking because dinner was not included so I made extra sure this one included Dinner. I was just told I could have the taxi until 10 pm but I was Back in my hotel by 7 pm because no Dinner was included This was a surprise for my sister’s 60th birthday who travelled from the UK and I have asked for a refund because tickets to the temple for two people only amounts to 400,000IDR And the taxi isn’t so expensive to go there from my hotel it’s 10 mins away. Please double check with your provider when making a reservation because what they advertised and what you get in the confirmation are diffenten

The manager was so friendly and accommodating and lives on site. Helped out with lots of extra items. Loved the Balinese architecture of the rooms, the beautiful garden, had a pool to cool down and was super close to the Cashew Tree for great food. Close to the Impossibles beach and not too far on the scooter to Uluwatu temple which has stunning views.
