We had the pleasure of staying a few years ago in the castle, but must say the Lodge was an amazing, relaxing place, great art, and wonderful staff and no doubt to go back in near future, five star service equal to the castle.

The staff and facilities were just what we needed for a quick escape to Galway. We had a 6 month year old and they were wonderfully attentive. Their Christmas displays are amazing too. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in Ireland.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location in the centre of cong. There are lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance . It is also perfect for access to the forest walks and ashford castle

The location of this hotel was central to the areas we were visiting such as Ashford Castle. We ate in the pub restaurant and the food was good. The breakfast was also good. There is limited parking outside but there was plenty of parking available on the surrounding roads. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definently stay again next time we go back to Cong.

Patricia met us and showed us to the property at a time that suited us. It was all so easy. The drive to the property, through the Ashford Castle gates makes this the best place I've ever stayed. It's fantastic.

Beautiful modern place in peaceful wooded area of ashford castle. Everything you need there and a Brilliant host who met us and showed us everything and even left us a breakfast of delicious Irish produce in the fridge. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Patrica ❤️

Stayed for 2 nights from 21/9. Excellent location 10 minute easy walk from centre of Cong, passing by ashford castle hotel and lovely garden area before you arrive at village. Super comfy bed/linen. Spacious car park and amazing food at breakfast. Lovely owners who made you feel very welcome. Would not hesitate to stay if in area again.
