Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!

The staff and facilities were just what we needed for a quick escape to Galway. We had a 6 month year old and they were wonderfully attentive. Their Christmas displays are amazing too. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in Ireland.

At Eyre Square, the warm and comfortable Imperial Hotel in Galway city centre is close to Galway University NUIG and the bus and railway station.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was coinvent t to have the bar on site. Did not use the restaurant.

Great friendly staff..Niall on reception was great..gave me a warm welcome on arrival and was very helpfull..room staff were also fab..room spotless and everything i needed..breakfast delicious and plenty of choice and the staff were also very polite, friendly and more then helpfull..would definetly reccomend staying here .😁
