Stayed one week in Sofitel in Mumbai. I had a very early arrival, and asked the hotel in advance if there might be a chance to have my room ready earlier than standard check-in time. They were kind, so it took me just about 1 hour to wait in the lobby before my room was ready. The selection of meals at breakfast was very good. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Hotel staff do their best to make you happy virtually in any aspect.

I had a truly wonderful 3-day stay at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Everything was perfect, from the overall quality and comfort to the impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. I would like to make special mention of 2 individuals who made my stay particularly memorable: Mr. Rajnish Pandey, one of the hotel managers, whose personal attention and proactive efforts at breakfast each morning ensured guests were happy and well taken care of. His genuine hospitality made a big difference to my overall experience. Mr. Deepak from the housekeeping team, who maintained my room with exceptional cleanliness and freshness. Each time I returned, it felt as though I was stepping into a brand-new space, spotless and beautifully cared for. Thank you to the entire Grand Hyatt Mumbai team for such an outstanding experience.
