Freshly renovated, clean, staff including the manager were super friendly and helpful, giving good advice happily and help organizing stuff. Their restaurant was closed but they have room service with delicious fresh food, so no problem. Location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the golden temple. They help getting a cab to Wagah border for a fair price (1500 INR).

Very good Holy place for all religions, maintained well - temple and vicinity (Sarovar), very clean. Allowing all the people irrespective of any religion. Great Culture. Respecting all people Equally irrespective of the Religion. My sincere request to the Top management to further improve Queue management, so that pilgrims / devotees / children have easy access to the REST ROOMS at emergencies. My Salutes to the management.

Golden temple is such a peaceful place and so beautiful done...

Golden temple is such a peaceful place and so beautiful done. One thing I had issue with was the lines. No single li e therefore you just get pushed with crowd. No regard to ladies or kids, get so squeezed can't even breathe. I had to exit myself out of the line as I couldn't take it anymore. Otherwise walking around was beautiful.

They are in example of managing crowds, maintainence and sevices to visitors. From shoes to darshan Ques to Amrit jal pan...every where you can see volunteers serving with so much of proffessionalism , cleanliness and spirituality.

Avoid visiting on weekends and on national and local govt.

Avoid visiting on weekends and on national and local govt. holidays. Visit on weekdays, you will appreciate more. Best time to visit is early morning, really early morning as in 3 - 4 a.m. It may look daunting with the size of the crowd but it will be worth it.

Location proximity to Golden Temple close to no drive zone and restaurants and shops. Staff was very helpful in carrying our luggage to and fro hotel as we couldn’t drive up to hotel entrance.

A nice hotel in the heart of the everything, just a short walk from the Golden temple. The breakfast was very tasty. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower has a great monsoon style flow, which was great! Overall a nice stay and a good value for money.

Hotel Singh International is located in the heart of Amritsar City. It's located just opposite to Amritsar Bus station & quite close to the iconic Golden Temple. I was impressed with the comfortable room & the cleanliness of this hotel. The Reception Boy was very helpful & friendly.

Hotel 5 minutes walk from golden temple and 4 minutes walk from Jallianwala bagh. Location is good. Restaurants and auto stand is nearby. Hotel guys also booked us a cab at nominal rates for attari -wagah border evening beating retreat show. We booked a family room having three queen size beds. Cleanliness was good. One can stay at this hostel if he desires to visit golden temple.

On a positive note the Hotel had the best Wi-Fi of all the 8 different hotels we stayed in during our India holiday. In summary, very glad we came here and saw The Golden Temple at night and the following morning, together with the Partition Museum which was a salutary reminder of the complexities of previous British overseas rule. Also, highly recommend the Wagar Border Ceremony - such fun.
