It's run by a couple of young men. The manager was friendly. The hotel is pretty run down hotel for low budget. Nevertheless it was clean. The van was of no use because it's so noisy. The AC was cleaned because I insisted to do so, than it was okay. The entrance is used as a parking area for bikes, and hard to enter.
