Excellent hotel, could not fault it from staff to facilities.

The room was nice, comfortable, very clean. Breakfast and dinner were rich and excellent. We have very enjoy our stay in this hotel

I booked a room without breakfast because I was catching a flight early in the morning. But I had a drink and quick bite at the bar and it was just delicious.

This was my second stay at Hotel Naaz in just a couple of months. The first time was a single night when I was arriving late into Mumbai and this made an easy stopover before moving to my main hotel the next day. It's very close to the airport, but I didn't notice a great deal of airport noise. That they sent a car to get me (thank you for the nice welcome to Mumbai, Irshad!) made it a really great point at which to land. On my second stay, I came with a friend. We were staying in Mumbai for just two nights before transiting out of India, so it made sense to stay handy to the airport. We both had good stays in our rooms. I had my own tour guide--a guide I had met when here on my first visit--and the hotel booked a car for me for the day. Irshad again! That was a nice treat. Irshad handled the driving while my guide friend arranged the where-to-go-and-what-to-look-at bit. The hotel offers some complimentary refreshments to make your stay more comfortable. The included breakfast just down the street was certainly sufficient for our purposes. If I'm transiting through Mumbai again in the future, I won't even bother looking for a different hotel. Hotel Naaz is my place.

Everything was awesome, the food, the room, the cleanliness and location are all awesome. We loved the ambiance on our stay and what we loved even more is that the hotels care for hiring staff with learning disabilities like Down Syndrome or hearing disabilities. I will continue to support hotels such as Taj the trees that care for providing a nice and sustainable environment for these folks. Will definitely be coming back!

I have checkin early but they gave me my room earlier, even they gave me breakfast as I.had to leave early same day.Mr SAMEER was very caring and Proffesional, all staff are ready to help ,good location, good food very clean definitely I will come again and request others to be there.
