Excellent restaurant, well catered for gluten-free, yoga teacher, good swimmingpool facilities, great facilities at the beach. very helpful and good information on things to do and see in the local area. Quick service when wanting things for the room. Excellent staff all-over: in restaurant, cleanes, bar, reception and concierge.

Beautiful private spacious and clean home with practically private pool and just a few minutes from pristine beach. It is so much better than photos :) we loved it, the home was well equipped and clearly well invested property. We had neighbours staying downstairs but barely heard or saw them. Perfect home for exploring south Sardinia

Here's the translation: --- It was a delightful vacation. The apartments are beautiful. We were supposed to stay in house 21, but we were accommodated in house 10. House 10 offers a stunning sea view, the best on this villa. The apartments are very clean and cozy. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The rooms are absolutely clean, and the kitchen has everything you need and even more. Erica and Maurizio are ready to help at any time of the day. They are very kind and responsive people. They create the impression of Italy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. The restaurants around the villa leave much to be desired, but the villa's atmosphere makes up for these inconveniences. I highly recommend this villa for visiting Sardinia. --- Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Villa is very beautiful. Everything is designed with great attention to details. It looks like heaven and is a dream place to be. When we first entered, we were just sitting and watching the incredible view to the sea. You have a lot of privacy, own big garden with cute lemon tree, the sea just 3 min walk from your garden, and 1 million other little details to be absolutely happy during your stay. All possible cooking equipment, stylish glasses, different types of plates to decorate your table, dishwasher, coffee cookers, washing machine, etc. We had a bottle of wine and some water left for us what is very nice and thoughtful. You feel that the owners put their soul in this property. The village itself was also very nice, quiet and clean.

    David and Gianluca were obviously professional, they knew their business and in my opinion are responsible for an excellent management system, being also extremely welcoming, flexible, friendly, and customer orientated. There are too many positive points to discuss, but what they offer on the Booking.com site is actually what you will find, unlike many other self-catering establishments in the area. It’s also 8 minutes from Cala Sinzias, a superb beach.

    Concept and design are fabulous - I felt welcomed and looked after; I loved the attention to details in the way the place was kept spotless, but also loved the great personality of the structure and how beautiful and unspoiled the nature around the Resort is. Also, the sea in Cala Sinzias is absolutely stunning! The colours and vibe are breathtaking 🙏🏼 I had a wonderful time. Thanks to the management and staff, always attentive, warm and molto simpatico 😎 Thanks to Gabriele, Hotel Manager
