We loved everything! The customer service, the food, the location was perfect for us. I was in Venice for my husband's birthday and we got a surprise...a free bottle of sparkling wine(Brut) in our room and a lovely note from the guest relations manager Elisa.. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. The location was very good. The breakfast good and diverse. And, we had a very good surprise finding out that in the cost we paid there is included a free trip to Murano and Glass factory visit.

The staff were 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and always available for information and extras. The breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal and continental style offerings (panna cotta was very nice) and lots of very nice coffee. For our room (upstairs in the no lift section) they took our luggage up to our room for us. ALSO no steps to get from the railway station to the hotel! Definitely will stay there again if we get back to Venice.
