BrazilScavi 32 is a new and very clean place. To get there from Napoli, it's easiest to take the Portici-Ercolano metro, as the B&B is 700m away. The air conditioning works very well and the shower is perfect. It's a room that would suit a couple or people in close proximity, as the shower is in the room and has a glass door.
Antonio is very friendly and helpful. He is always attentive and available. They clean every two days and change the towels. He offers coffee, muffins, tea and a few bottles of water. The room is equipped with bath towels, a hairdryer and a minibar.
You can reach the center in 20 minutes on foot (just follow Via Mare). On the same street you'll find a simple but very good pizzeria.

Yes go and explore : So interesting ! A thing (or more) to observe and understand in every houses concerning life of ancient time, lava devastation or architecture. 3 hours are quite good to go all-around. An audio guide gives you many great informations. More acceptable for older travellers who might be overwhelmed by the scale of pompei, and really, how many old ruins can one digest in a trip before they all merge into one? I know some tour operators will offer you ercolano, pompei and vesuvius in one day. Not recommended ! At least a day for each I think . This is as good as Pompei but lesser area to cover.
This is as good as Pompei but lesser area to cover. If you are into Roman history, dedicate 3 hours to see the place. We took an audio guide and it was a good experience.
