It was a very beautiful and clean room and the location of the hotel was so nice. very close to ferry station and in a nice street full of beautiful shops and cafes. The lobby area was so good with an outstanding view to the grand canal.

The location is ideal, away from heavily touristed areas, in its own great neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and bars close by. Our host Ronny what attentive, super nice and even met us at the ferry station on arrival. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay at Nuovo Teson. The facilities were really nice. Property seem recently renovated. Staff were very friendly. 3 minutes walk from the ferry station and close walking distance to all major attractions in Venice

The location is amazing for the trips in Venice as it's steps away from tronchetto ferry station. Also, the room was clean and has everything you require to stay comfortable with a helpful staff.

This location is excellent for getting to know Venice and enjoying the local cuisine. It is close to the ferry station and about a 30-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station. The breakfast is simple but enjoyable, featuring coffee, cappuccino, croissants, cheese, ham, and fruit.
