Everything was perfect, location is great, you can get to the hotel by direct bus from city center or airport. Staff is excellent. Rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great, and again staff is kind and always ready to help you with all your wishes. At the front of the hotel you will have a beautiful city view.

This is the true definition of a boutique hotel - small, personal, great service. I loved the art theme throughout and especially my Edward Hopper themed room. It's perfectly located for exploring either the lower or upper town of Bergamo, and the security is excellent, as are the facilities - first time I've ever received an explanation of how to use the shower (although I could have used it in other hotels). The Culti toiletries were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was stunningly good - an amazing variety of everything, including many healthy options. The most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff, especially the manager, Francesco, and the front desk clerk Rebecca. The maid was also incredibly hard-working and observant and managed to clean my room thoroughly while I was at breakfast.

A wonderful hotel, extensive infrastructure within walking distance - shops, cafes, mini parks, did not have time to explore completely due to the short stay time. Excellent breakfast, walking distance to the tram, wonderful room, hotel and staff

Good location, half way between train station and gewiss stadium (football) which was the purpose of my trip. Lovely spacious apartment, comfy bed, nice and clean.

We loved the place. Spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you may need, both for bathrooms and kitchen. It has a beautiful terrace with views of the Citta Alta, it was a real pleasure to enjoy a coffee there in the morning. We parked our rental just outside the property, there was always plenty of space. The bus stop to get to the centre was only a 10min walk and then between 15 to 20min on the bus to get there. We actually chose this place for its proximity to the Gewiss Stadium, only 2km away. Wifi was OK.
