Location of the hotel is in the historic center of Bologna. Beautiful city (!) Beautiful hotel(!) with a lot of history and well kept. In the hotel is also an old Roman street. Staff is very polite, gentle and always on disposal to traying their best to help also for little things. All 10+

Staff couldn be more helpful I was sick with stomach bug they went and got me adapters for my phone and were so helpful with anything you needed rooms were beautiful so comfy great Chanel’s on tv and even some snacks and drinks in fridge which was a great surprise location was excellent walking distance to everything
