Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect, only a few meters from Milano Centrale.

It is very lovely stay, the staff from reception are so friendly and warm, well explained everything. I feel like hommy☺️, the room is cozy and comfort. I would like to highlight Jezza, she was amazing, really taking care my coffee in the breakfast and personalized a cookie for me. I took it even to my next destination. Definitely I will come back to choose same stay.

It was an extraordinary experience! The "Urban Hive" hotel is a medium-sized hotel, but very chic and well organized hotel, with attention to every detail. All the hotel employees are wonderful and willing to help in any situation. From the reception you will be greeted with smiles and greetings of "welcome" and you will be helped and listened in any situation! The rooms give you the feeling of home, they are spacious and very quiet. The beds are super comfortable! Everything is very well thought out, you have fresh water at your disposal all the time, coffee and tea. Rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is very good and varied, and those who serve it are at your disposal for anything, smiling and cheerful. They even made a surprise for my husband's birthday! 🤗 Coffee is very tasty, whether you serve it for breakfast or at the bar in a dreamy atmosphere! The hotel is located in a quiet area, 20 minutes walking distance from Duomo, 15 minutes from Milan Castle. You can find all kinds of shops around. We left early in the morning, and the receptionist called a taxi for us and they even prepared an extraordinary packed breakfast for us! 😊 Thank you "Urban Hive" for making our stay in Milan unforgettable! will I recommend the hotel with great confidence!

Hospitality in hotel is incredible. With sip and savor experience in the reception we felt welcome all the time. The staff in hotel is kind and helpful. Location is very good, near Milano central station, and shopping streets. Breakfast is great, terrace very useful, We had early checking in, and late checking out without any problems. Staying in this hotel was enjoyment and a pleasure.
