It’s located next to Matera Cathedral and very close to all the attractions in the old city. Walking is the best option for going around the town. Restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance. We find the food prices here a lot cheaper than other Italian cities and the gelato is so good and cheaper, too! We also found a cafe that sells panzerotti for €2.30 each. Our hosts Pasquale and Federica were both so lovely and very helpful.Guest review byMaryUnited Kingdom
