It's not a new hotel, but it's still nice and clean. The room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed and bathroom. What makes this place so nice are the people who work there - always smiling, polite, helpful... everyone - people at the reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies. Other advantages: close to the Unipol Arena (30 minutes of walk or 2 train stops or a few bus stops), easy to reach from Bologna by train and bus, free parking place, easy to get to the road network around Bologna, close to the local shop, good wifi signal. Breakfast was satisfactory - we usually eat a bit more than Mediterranean breakfast, so we appreciated that we could get bacon, eggs, yoghurt. It was nice that we could get the freshly brewed coffee to the breakfast (much better than the one from the machine).

Great staff, very nice modern hotel. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast. Only 15 minutes from the airport.

Hotel Calzavecchio is located in Casalecchio di Reno and offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. A bus stop with links to Bologna stops less than 100 metres away.

Very convenient place for car travellers. Easily accesible from the major highway, own free parking so you don't have to take care on one of serious issues when travelling to Bologna or generally to most of italian cities. The hotel is well maintained, equipped and has a very nice restaurant, cosy for eating both inside and outside. Breakfast was superb, great choice of different items, sufficient for various dietary habits. Would recommend it to anyone who travels around Italy and needs the resting point in the vicinity of the city and a highway.

Location, close to the bus stop and to the highway. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is clean. Perfect for a couple of nights.

Set in the Borgo Panigale district, Villa Aretusi once belonged to Cesare Aretusi, late-Renaissance painter from Bologna. The city centre and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are 10 minutes' drive away.

Very good location with huge free parking space in the property.Very close to the bus station. You can take the bus for visiting Bologna and takes 15 minutes for the center of Bologna (piazza Maggiore) without worries for your rental.Very friendly staff with perfect restaurant .in the moment we arrived the receptionist offering us a coffee free of charge and we enjoy it in the garden of the property. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast because we left very early in the morning for the airport. The room was very clean also the bathroom is very good equipped. It is ideal place for visiting Bologna without car. We will return in our next vacations. Ps the motorway is very close but the room it is soundproof and we did not lessen the noise.
