It's not a new hotel, but it's still nice and clean. The room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed and bathroom. What makes this place so nice are the people who work there - always smiling, polite, helpful... everyone - people at the reception, restaurant, cleaning ladies. Other advantages: close to the Unipol Arena (30 minutes of walk or 2 train stops or a few bus stops), easy to reach from Bologna by train and bus, free parking place, easy to get to the road network around Bologna, close to the local shop, good wifi signal. Breakfast was satisfactory - we usually eat a bit more than Mediterranean breakfast, so we appreciated that we could get bacon, eggs, yoghurt. It was nice that we could get the freshly brewed coffee to the breakfast (much better than the one from the machine).

amazing staff, excellent food, wonderful room - only not easily reachable by foot (have to walk over bridge where‘s a lot of traffic) but other than that, it was an AMAZING stay! Would definitely come back.

Hotel Calzavecchio is located in Casalecchio di Reno and offers air-conditioned accommodation and a garden. A bus stop with links to Bologna stops less than 100 metres away.

I really liked the breakfast! It was really tasty and diversed. And the staff was wery friendly and helpful. And the bathroom was wery clean! We will come again for sure!!

Easy access. Huge rooms. A/C working perfectly. Well isolated from noise outside. Overall - perfect stay for a family on tour to south. I'm pretentious, but everything was ideally clean. No hair, dust, bugs or anything. Perfectly clean! As a welcome there were two bottles of highly appreciated cold pure water in fridge.

Hotel Del Borgo gives you lots of modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, plus great customer service; all in the immediate surroundings of Bologna Airport, close to the Ducati factory.
