Lorenzo was extremely helpful, prompt and friendly (remotely). My room was very clean, aircon, good shower and just the right bedding for summer temperatures. Included breakfast was good but I recommend going down the road (No. 41) to the bakery to buy fresh bread/croissants and bring them back to make a perfect stay. It is on the edge of the historic centre but in a pleasant quieter area, with the true city centre and several tourist attractions within easy walking distance. It was a nice touch that the pod coffee machine had excellent local Turin coffee. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby and staff were helpful with making bookings.Guest review byJaneAustralia
