The breakfast is very good and good time frame. We had an issue with our room and the staff solved quickly moving us to another room that was higher level and paid nothing more. Staff is nice too

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is in a great location with easy transport links all over the city. The hotel staff were exceptional and really made our stay. They were so welcoming and friendly, and made suggestions of where to visit and how best to explore the city in a short time. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked a single room and it was spacious. I have my own tv, table, closet and the bathroom is big as well. Bed is good for a single person. A complimentary coffee and tea was given. You can heat your own water since there is a kettle. Wifi is also a bit fast. It is near Termini and can easily find it using G***le Maps. It has it's own gate and code so you can't enter.
