BOMA was the best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. We were greeted by the most kind and gorgeous woman, Eleonora, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed (an extra bed in our room, dinner reservations, the address for a laundromat, even ice for my husband’s sore knee). She was just a breath of fresh air. There is an amazing restaurant at the hotel that I cannot recommend enough. It is packed full of locals at night so you feel like you’ve stumbled across a hidden gem. Liliana looked after us both times we dined and she was brilliant. I haven’t seen anyone work so hard in the service industry for a long time. She had a special dish made for our very hungry and tired children, nothing was too much for her including bringing you a glass of Prosecco to enjoy in the garden or organising water for the kids while they swam in the pool.

Everything was good here, no complaints stuff personal.veey nice helpful and happy, the breakfast was great and good preparation, dinner phone was amazing, very clean hotel I highly recommend this place.

Amazing choices at continental breakfast. I am forever spoiled now. The gentleman that checked us in was so knowledgeable. He helped us find a great place to park close to but not in the city. He told us exactly which trains we would need to take to get to where we wanted to go and gave us restaurant recommendations. The entire staff was awesome.

A big YES!!!...The place is quiet... I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The guy at the information desk was kind and polite. The room and bathroom were very cute and clean. My boyfriend and I have made reservations again. I recommend this hotel.
