Everything, it's the best we've stayed in throughout our two-week stay in Italy. Very friendly and helpful staff, Nicolo and Davide explained everything very clearly to us upon arrival. Indulged with unlimited food and drink day and night (free lunch and dinner buffet and minibar). The room was clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. Easy access from Milano Centrale, Duomo and Buenos Aire, it's within 5-minute walk from the metro station Porta Venezia. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone who's coming to Milan.

A First of all, the location is excellent — there are many interesting attractions nearby, and the railway station is also within walking distance, which is very convenient for travellers. The room, while not brand-new, was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming impression from the start. Breakfasts were superb: always fresh and the option to make your own juice from oranges, apples, and carrots was a delightful touch to start the day. A special mention goes to the staff — they were incredibly warm and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions.

The hotel made every effort to meet our needs and requests. The reception staff are very helpful and warm. We ordered a standard double but the room was very spacious. It was very quiet and we rested well. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room atmosphere was pleasant and elegant. The breakfast wait staff was very efficient and helpful. The price is very reasonable for a five star hotel.

Shopping is extremely convenient, with all the luxury boutiques just a few steps away. The breakfast is delicious, delicate, and healthy—I really enjoy it. The hotel looks even better and more exquisite than in the photos. I love the room and bathroom space, especially the bathtub. The quality of the toiletries is excellent, with a very pleasant scent and they are very effective. The hotel staff are all very friendly and willing to help. Although the restaurant at this hotel has limited seating, I highly recommend dining here. The food is much better than nearby top-tier five-star hotels. The chef's skill is unforgettable. It's truly warm and delicious Italian cuisine. Next time I'm in Milan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Old school Grand Hotel. Have always enjoyed staying here when in Milan. Staff is very attentive (though less so than before Covid hit). The hotel rooms are well appointmented and oppulently furnished. The location is an easy walking distance to the shopping district.
