Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Rome! The location was great, It took about 15-20 minutes with a bicycle to reach the great landmarks. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. They even gave me a one size bigger room with the street view like I asked because it was my birthday. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience—I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even on the day we declined housekeeping because my wife was feeling unwell, they checked on us to make sure we were okay and didn’t need anything. Their concern and genuine care made our stay even more comforting, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality they showed throughout our visit. The location is good! 3-5 mins walk to the Termini Train Station. Best customer service! Both receptionists(sorry I forgot your names!) were very friendly and helpful for first timer tourist like me, giving me information on what to take note of and advise my travel schedule. The best part is the coffee machine near the reception, which is totally free and unlimited for guests to have it! Reasonable room size for 3 luggages(only can open up 2) and reasonable clean and of course reasonable pricing. Might be better than some of the 3/4 stars hotel. Big TV in room, aircon working, water heater, safe working!

The hotel staff was warm and helpful. I had a leg injury and they were trying their best to make my stay comfortable. The room was great and always clean. The breakfast was also very good and with a lot of vegan options.
